Ingredients

For the Salad:

  • ½ cup cooked white rice cooled
  • 1 small can tuna in olive oil drained
  • 1 tbsp chopped cucumber

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley optional

For the Lemon Vinaigrette:

Instructions
